    Extra-rich Banana Smoothie

    3 over-ripe bananas
    1 cup milk
    10 - 12 ice cubes
    1/4 cup malted milk powder
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    honey or light corn syrup to taste
    pinch of salt
    pinch of cayenne (yes, cayenne, but make sure it's a teeny-tiny pinch!)

    Recipe



    Place bananas, milk & ice cubes in the blender & run for about a minute.

    Add remaining ingredients & run for another 4-5 minutes, until very smooth.

    Makes two good-size smoothies. (Made with 1 percent milk and two tablespoons honey, they are 6 points each).
