    List of Ingredients

    - 1/2 cup orange juice
    - 1 cup vanilla yogurt
    - 1 cup sliced kiwi
    - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    - 1 tablespoon light corn syrup or instant-dissolving sugar

    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

    Nutritional information per drink: 210 cal, 2 g fat, 1 g saturated fat, 8% cal from fat, 7 g protein, 43 g carbohydrates, 92 mg sodium, 6 mg cholesterol
