    List of Ingredients

    - 3 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
    - 2 bananas
    - 1/2 cup milk
    - 1 heaping tablespoon smooth peanut butter

    Recipe

    Combine ingredients & blend until smooth.

    Nutritional information per drink: 232 cal, 9 g fat, 3 g saturated fat, 33% cal from fat, 8 g protein, 34 g carbohydrates, 102 mg sodium, 10 mg cholesterol
