List of Ingredients
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (I use store-brand fat-free)
1/2 cup orange juice
2 egg whites (I use the powdered egg whites in the recommended amt. plus juice or water in the amount needed for the powder)
2 teaspoons of honey
1 whole banana, broken into pieces
4 oz. fruit of choice (Kroger has a frozen fruit blend for smoothies that I keep on hand -- strawberries, pineapple, and mango).Recipe
Place in a blender and whirl until smooth.
Notes: I usually make these in 32 oz. cups, using my stick blender to whirl.
If you use only strawberries for your fruit, toss in 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
