    4 Strips bacon

    1 (6-to-7-inch plain focaccia or pizza crust

    1 Green onion, green part only, minced (dried minced onion works fine too)

    2 tbsp finely chopped walnuts (not ground up)
    2 tbsp Crumbled feta cheese (I use more)

    Recipe



    Fry bacon in skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Crumble and arrange on focaccia.

    Sprinkle with onion, walnuts and feta cheese.

    Place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese melts and ingredients are hot, 6 to 8 minutes.

    Serve hot.

    (I prefer to toss this topping just a sec in a bowl and spread it on top.)
