    Blueberry Sour Cream Pancakes

    1 cup flour
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons margarine, melted
    1/2 cup blueberries

    Recipe



    Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt and then stir in the sugar. Combine the egg, milk and sour cream, and beat the mixture until smooth. Add the margarine to the egg mixture.

    Combine moist ingredients with dry ingredients. Stir until all the batter is moistened. Fold in the blueberries.

    Using 1/2 cup measurement, turn batter out onto buttered skillet or griddle. Cook until the pancake bubbles and flip. Pancakes are ready when they are golden.
