Mix all dry ingredients, then mix all wet ingredients, then blend two together. Roll out the dough to about 1/2" thickness. Using a bottle cap or other circular item, about 1-inch in diameter, stamp out the holes. Deep fry in a electric deep fryer or in 2 inches of oil, at about 380 degrees. When golden brown, remove & drop into bowl of sugar and cinnamon immediately. Toss to coat, then serve. Makes several dozen.
