    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cup buttermilk
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup cornmeal
    1 cup flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    dash of tabasco or hot pepper sauce

    Recipe



    Beat eggs in large bowl. Add milk & oil and beat well. Add dry ingredients and beat. Add tabasco or red pepper sauce. Heat small amount of oil in large frying pan. Make small pancakes. Turn when bubbles appear all over. Makes 12 large or 24 small pancakes.
