Cornbread Dressing

List of Ingredients
One very large pan baked yellow cornbread (double a regular recipe), crumbled very fine
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion (saute the onion and celery until tender.)
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter, melted
4 cans chicken broth
water (if needed to make very moist)
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
Recipe
Combine all ingredients. Grease two pans, one 13x9, and one 8" square. Divide the mixture among the pans. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
