Margarine 1 cup white sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 cups flour 1 Tsp. baking powder Grated rind of 1 lemon GLAZE: 1/2 cup white sugar juice of 1 lemonRecipe Beat margarine and sugar together. Add beaten eggs and milk. Add dry ingredients and lemon rind. Pour mixture into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 1 hour on 350 deg. oven. Glaze: Mix sugar and lemon juice; pour over bread when baked.
