1 10.2 oz can Grands! Buttermilk Biscuits (the five-count can)
1/2 cup dry white wine
16 fluid ounces Alfredo Sauce (jar)
8 ounces cream cheese with chives and onions
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 pound shrimp, cooked, shelled & deveined
6 ounces crabmeat
2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped

Heat oven to 375. Prepare & bake biscuits as directed on can.
Meanwhile cook wine in a large skillet over high heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly reduced. Reduce heat to medium. Add Alfredo sauce, cream cheese, peas, shrimp and crabmeat; mix well. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until sauce is smooth and peas are tender, stirring occasionally.
Split each biscuit in half. Place bottom halves on individual serving plates. Spoon 1/2 of a serving of seafood mixture over biscuits. Cover with biscuit tops. Top with remaining seafood mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and chives.
