1½ c. flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
streusel topping: (blend ingredients until crumbly in texture)
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Recipe
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Combine sour cream and eggs, beat well. Add dry ingredients to cream mixture, mixing just until smooth. Spread in lightly greased 9x9 pan, top with streusel crumbs and bake 20 minutes at 350°.
