Sweet Potato Biscuits II

3/4 cup sweet potato, cooked & mashed (I used canned that I drained & mashed)
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 2/3 cups self-rising flour
1 tablespoon sugarRecipe
1. Preheat oven to 425. Lightly grease baking sheet.
2. In a bowl, combine sweet potatoes, milk,and butter. Combine flour and sugar; stir in the sweet potato mixture just until moistened.
3. On a lightly floured surface, knead dough slightly or until no longer sticky.
4. Roll to 1/2" thickness; cut with floured 2-1/2" biscuit cutter. Place on prepared sheet.
5. Bake at 425 for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
