    This is an easy one to remember, and an easy one to eat more than one! These are marvelous slathered in your favorite jam, jelly or marmalade.

    From my home on the Verandah, Miss Magnolia Stillwater

    List of Ingredients




    2 c self-rising flour
    1 c whipping cream


    Recipe



    Combine ingredients, stirring with a fork until blended. (Dough will be stiff.) Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, knead 10 to 12 times.

    Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness; cut with a 2 inch biscuit cutter or floured glass rim. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 10 to 12 minutes. ( 1 dozen)
