Yum Yum Coffee Cake (Lowfat version)

TOPPING:
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans
CAKE:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 ounces fat-free cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup light sour cream
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 325°. Lightly spray 13x9 baking pan with vegetabli oil spray.
2. In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients; set aside.
3. In medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In large bowl, mix butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
4. Add flour mixture alternatlely with sour cream, begining and ending with flour. Mix well. (I did flour-sour cream-flour-sour cream-flour; batter was rather thick, but it baked up very tender and surprisingly moist.)
5. Spread half of batter into pan; top wtih half of topping. Cover with remaining batter and topping.
6. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
