In an oblong 2-quart casserole, put berries, 3/4 cup sugar, and cinnamon. In a large bowl combine egg, egg whites, milk, and vanilla. Add bread and soak for five minutes, turning half way through. Arrange bread in one layer over berries. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bread is golden. Serve with berry juice and berries.
