    List of Ingredients




    4 Biscuits, halved
    2 large Eggs
    1 oz. Milk
    1 Tbsp. Butter
    8 slices cooked Ham
    8 slices Provolone Cheese
    2 oz. Orange Marmalade
    Confectioner’s Sugar for dusting (optional)

    Recipe



    Pre-heat the oven to 400-F degrees.

    Mix the eggs and the milk together in a mixing bowl.

    Melt the butter in a large skillet overmedium heat. Dip each of the biscuit halves into the egg mix and pan fry it on both sides, just like you would prepare French Toast.

    Place four of the biscuit halves in a buttered baking pan. Cover each biscuit with a slice of ham, followed by a slice of cheese, and finally the other egg biscuit slice. Close the biscuits and bake as a sandwich for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

    Serve with light dusting of confectioner’s sugar, if desired.
