Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pancakes

List of Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup chocolate milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
Sliced strawberries and bananas
Recipe
In a bowl, combine first four ingredients. In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients except strawberries and bananans. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well. Pour bater by 1/4 cupfuls onto lightly greased hot griddle (stir batter before pouring each batch). Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Cook until second side is brown. Top with strawberries and bananans.
Yield: about 8 pancakes
Note: When I'm making these for the kids, I use a tablespoon to drop the batter for silver-dollar pancakes, thereby getting 4 times the yield. They freeze well and can easily be reheated in the micorwave (30 sec. for 3, 45 sec. for 6, and 1 minute for 9 all on high)
