    1/3 C. Lean Cooked Smoked Ham (Country Cure If Available)
    Sliced Sourdough Bread
    4 Or 5 Beaten Eggs (Equivalent To 1 Cup)
    1/4 C. Evaporated Milk
    1/4 Tsp. Salt
    1/4 Tsp. Pepper
    1/2 C. Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

    Spray casserole dish with a non-stick spray. Remove crusts from sourdough slices and cut slices to fit bottom of casserole dish. Combine eggs, milk, salt & pepper; blend well. Pour egg mixture over bread and sprinkle with diced ham. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight or for at least five hours. When ready to cook, sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over casserole and bake in preheated 375,35-45 mins, or until eggs are set. Let rest 5-10 mins before cutting.
