    Easy MiniCinnamon Rolls

    2 tubes Pillsbury crescent roll dough
    1 cup light brown sugar, packed
    2 T sugar
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    3 tsp. cinnamon

    Unroll dough and gently separate each tube into 4 rectangles, smoothing seams. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream sugars, butter and cinnamon until smooth. Spread each rectangle thickly with cinnamon mixture and roll up jelly roll-fashion, starting with a short end. I didn't chill tem, but cover if needing time to chill them.(You can chill them overnight but only because it is convenient but it is not necessary.) Cut each roll into 6 pieces.

    Place "pinwheels" cut side down and close together in a 9X13-inch pan, or two round cake pans. I used Reynolds non-stick aluminum foil to help with clean-up. Bake 20 minutes. (If chilled overnight it may take 30 minutes.) Bake until nicely browned.

    Makes 48 small rolls.

    Number of Servings: 6-8
