    1 loaf of English Muffin Bread - buttered
    1 lb. sliced ham (Virginia baked) or (Jimmy Dean sausage - browned)
    1/2 lb sliced Swiss cheese
    1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
    8 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1/2 tsp salt

    1 to 1-1/2 c. crushed cornflakes*
    1/4 c. melted butter*

    *Mix together to sprinkle on top

    Grease 9x13 pan. Cover bottom of pan with butter side up of English muffin bread (crust on), then Swiss cheese, ham or sausage, cheddar cheese. Cover with layer of buttered English muffin bread - buttered side up. Blend together rest of ingredients. Pour over and put in refrigerator overnight. The next day mix cornflakes and butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

    Serves 12.
