Refrigerator Buttermilk Pancakes

4 c. flour
6 eggs, beaten
1 T. sugar
2 T. baking soda
2 T. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 qt (4 c.) buttermilk
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. oil
1 pkg. dry yeastRecipe
Sift dry ingredients together. Add buttermilk, milk and eggs. Add yeast and oil. Mix and let stand one hour. May be kept in fridge for two weeks. Makes one gallon of batter.
