Serves 6-8
List of Ingredients
White bread slices with the crusts removed
1 lb. savory sausage
12 eggs beaten
1/2 quart half and half
Recipe
Place bread in bottom of 9x13 baking dish.
Brown sausage and drain well. Place sausage on top of bread slices.
Combine eggs and half and half. Pour on top of sausage & bread and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350F for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of pan comes out clean.
