Sunrise Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 pkg. Grands buttermilk biscuits
6 or 7 eggs
6 cups grated cheddar/mozzarella chs
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sage sausage
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms, sautéed
2 tbsp. crushed rosemary
2 tbsp. dill weed
to taste minced garlic
2½ cups milk
Recipe
Bake the biscuits as directed on the package & cook/drain the sausage. Combine eggs, milk, and all herbs.
Using a DEEP glass casserole, (like Corning Ware's round "soufflé" style), split the biscuits and lay the lower halves side by side on the bottom of the casserole. Cover with 1/2 the sausage, half the mushrooms, and half the cheese. Place tops of biscuits over this; cover with remaining sausage, mushrooms and cheese. Pour egg mixture over all.
Bake at 350° until the eggs rise and the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned - about 30 minutes.
