Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with frozen hash browns. Sprinkle hash browns with fried, drained and crumbled sausage or bacon. 2.Mix together eggs and milk; pour over meat and hash browns. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Note: Best if prepared night before and refrigerated. 3. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
