Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

List of Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese softened
1 T half-&-half or milk
1 T sugar
1 1/2 cups thawed cool whip
1 graham cracker crust
1 cup cold half-&-half or milk
2 pkgs vanilla flavor instant pudding/pie filling
1 can pumpkin
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Recipe
Mix cream cheese, 1 T half-&-half and sugar in large bowl with wisk until smooth. Gently stir in cool whip. Spread on bottom of crust.
Pour 1 cup half-&-half into bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk in pumpkin and spices; spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate at least 3 hrs.
Garnish with more cool whip and nuts.
