    1 16-oz. package angel food cake mix
    1 1/4 cups cold water
    1/2 cup cocoa

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350.

    2. In large mixing bowl, beat cake mix and waer on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on high for 45 seconds. Add cocoa; beat on high 15 seconds longer.

    3. Pour into ungreased 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes until cake springs back when lightly touched and cracks feel dry.

    4. Immediately invert pan; cool completely.

    5. Run knife around side and center tube of cake pan. Remove cake.
