Recipe Link: http://messageboards.ivillage.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=iv-fdcooking&msg=8312.14List of Ingredients 1/4 cup margarine 1/2 cup oil 1 3/4 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup sour milk 2 1/2 cups flour 4 tablespoons cocoa 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon cloves 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 cups zucchini -- grated 1/2 cup chocolate chipsRecipe Cream together margarine, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour milk; beat well. Mix dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Add zucchini. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13" pan, sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
