Combine flour and sugar. In a saucepan, heat margarine, cocoa and cola to a boil. Pour over first mixture. In a bowl, beat eggs; add buttermilk, baking soda, vanilla and marshmallows. Combine both mixtures and mix well. Pour into cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Frost while hot. Icing: Boil margarine, cocoa, and cola. Pour over powdered sugar; mix well. Add nuts. Pour over cake, spread evenly.
