Half a 12-oz. can frozen strawberry-banana concentrate, thawed
1 8 oz. pkg. fat free cream cheese
1 small pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups lite whipped topping
1 cup chopped strawberries
one reduced-fat graham cracker crust
Recipe
In blender or food processor, mix juice, cream cheese, and pudding mix; process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and fold in whipped topping and strawberries. Transfer to piecrust; spread evenly. Cover and refigerate until firm, at least 2 hours.
