Heath Bar "Poke" Cake

1 pkg of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pkg German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 can of Eagle Brand Milk
1 straw
1 container of Cool Whip
3-4 Heath Bars (or you can buy them already crushed) Recipe
1. You take a 12x9 pan, spray it with the non-stick cooking spray.
2. Then pour about 3/4 of the chocolate chips on the bottom of the pan, untill it is thinly covered.
3. Make the cake mix and pour it into the pan.
4. Bake the cake as instructed on the box.
5. As soon as the cake is done, take your straw and poke holes all throughout the cake.
6. Pour the Eagle Brand Milk so it seeps through the holes that you have poked.
7. Let it completely cool, while it is cooling you can crush the Heath Bars into small chunks.
8. When it is completely cool, put the cool whip on top and then sprinkle with the crushed Heath Bars.
