    A quickie and sooo good!

    List of Ingredients




    One graham cracker crust

    1 small can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    8-oz. tub Cool Whip
    Lemon zest or juice, if desired

    Recipe



    Whisk together the lemonade concentrate and the milk until blended; fold in the Cool Whip. Add a little lemon zest or juice for extra tang. Pour into crust; chill at least 2 hours before serving.

    Believe it or not, this is my brother-in-law's all-time favorite pie. My sister is an accomplished cook and baker, but this easy-easy pie is the one he always requests.
