Mini Peanut Butter Cheesecakes

12 Vanilla Wafer Cookies
1 Pkg 3 0Z Cream Cheese
1 Pkg 8 Oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1/4 C Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
12 Mini Reeses' Peanut Butter Cups Recipe
Heat oven to 350.
Line muffin pan with 12 paper liners. Place 1 cookie, flat side down, in each cup.
Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer on high until fluffy.
Beat in vanilla. beat in eggs, one at a time. Fill cups 3/4 full. Press candy into cheese
mixture in each cup until even with top of cheese mixture.
Bake about 15 minutes or until set. Immediately remove from pan to wire rack. Cool
15 minutes. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 5 days. Store in
refrigerator.
