    No-bake Peanut Butter Pie

    Recipe Introduction

    Also toss in and on some of those White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups or use a mixture of all three kinds. It'll be GOOOD!

    List of Ingredients

    4 ounces cream cheese
    1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
    1 cup crunchy peanut butter
    1/2 cup milk
    8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1 deep-dish graham cracker or chocolate-flavored crust
    Frozen whipped topping, thawed
    Chocolate syrup
    Peanuts for garnish (optional)

    Recipe

    • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and confectioners' sugar; mix well. Add peanut butter and mix.

    • Slowly add milk; mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into pie shell and cover. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.

    • Pipe additional whipped topping around the edge of the pie and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Garnish whipped topping with peanuts if desired.

    • Makes 6-8 servings.
