Orange Sunshine Cake

Recipe Introduction
This is a good summertime cake. I use cake mix with pudding in it, fat-free topping and fat-free and sugar-free pudding mix.
List of Ingredients
1 yellow cake mix with pudding
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 can (11 ounces) Mandarin oranges
1 can (14 ounces) crushed pineapple
1 box (6 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 carton (8 ounces) prepared whipped toppingRecipe
Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans or a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Combine cake mix, eggs and oil. Mix according to package directions. Add oranges with juice. (Save a few sections to decorate the cake.) Stir together being careful not to completely crush the oranges.
Bake by package directions; cool.
Combine undrained pineapple and vanilla pudding. Mix by hand until well blended.
Fold in whipped topping.
Frost cake and decorate with reserved orange sections. Keep cake refrigerated.
