    Pineapple Marshmallow Cake

    This is a really moist cake! And the marshmallows rise to the top and brown so nicely! Next time I am going to add chopped pecans. I doesn't really need a frosting, but if you want to spiff it up a bit you could dust it with powdered sugar. Believe me, this goes really well with a cup of coffee!!!

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups miniature marshmallows ( I just used the whole bag!)

    1 box yellow cake mix

    4 eggs

    1/2 cup margarine (room temperature)

    1 cup milk

    1 Large can crushed pineapple WITH JUICE

    Recipe

    Butter a 9 X 13 inch pan and line with miniature marshmallows. Mix cake mix with 4 eggs, margarine, and milk. Pour this mixture over the marshmallows. Spread pineapple with juice over the cake mix and bake at 350* for 45 minutes or until cake is done.
