    Beat together until light and fluffy:
    1 cup butter, softened
    3 cups sugar
    6 eggs, room temperature

    Combine in a separate bowl, set aside:
    3 cups flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt

    Mix together:
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 cups drained chopped peaches (fresh or canned)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. peach extract

    Recipe



    Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream & peach ingredients to creamed mixture of butter, sugar, eggs. Pour into greased pans and bake in preheated 350 degree oven.

    Times:
    One 10" tube pan for 70-80 minutes or
    Two 8x4 pans for 50-60 minutes.
