1½ cups sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
3 lightly beaten eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1 cup shredded coconut
6 tbsp. melted butter or oleo
1 unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine sugar, pineapple, eggs, flour & coconut. Add melted butter & pour into pie shell. Bake one hour at 350°, until filling is golden brown and set.
