State Fair Malt Shop Pie

1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup crushed malted milk balls
2 T milk, divided
1 9-inch graham cracker crust
3 T malted milk powder
3 T marshmallow creme
1 Cup Whipping CreamRecipe
In a mixing bowl, combine ice cream, crushed malted milk balls and 1 tablespoon milk; blend with an electric mixer. Spread filling in pie crust; then place in freezer.
In a mixing bowl, combine remaining 1 tablespoon milk, malted milk powder and marshmallow creme; blend with an electric mixer. Add whipping cream and beat until soft peaks form. Spread evenly over filling. Place in freezer for at least 4 hours.
