They look simple, but do taste good. Recipe Link: http://messageboards.ivillage.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=iv-fdcooking&msg=8292.8List of Ingredients 450g (16oz) can crushed pineapple, drained. 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese 1½ Tblsp fruit chutney (or favourite relish) 12 thick sausages, (pre-cooked)Recipe Combine all except sausages. Grill sausages till hot. Cut a slit along one side of each sausage and fill slit with pineapple mixture. Return to grill. Cover well with a piece of foil. Do not move. Cook 5 minutes till filling is hot. Serve in pita bread for less cleaning up.
