List of Ingredients
2 1/2 C Powdered Sugar
1 3 Oz Pkg Cream Cheese -- Softened
1/2 Tsp Peppermint Extract
Food Coloring Sugar
Recipe
Put cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl. Blend in peppermint. Knead until consistency of pie dough. Form into 1/2 inch balls; roll balls in sugar. Press into candy molds and remove immediately. About 2 dozen mints.
