List of Ingredients
(Yield: about 1-1/2 pounds candy)
1 pound vanilla candy coating
1/2 cup extra-crunchy peanut butter
1 package (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
Recipe
Place candy coating in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Stirring frequently, microwave on HIGH power (100%) until candy coating melts. Stir in peanut butter. Spread peanut butter mixture in a greased 10-1/2x15-1/2-inch jellyroll pan. Place chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl. Stirring frequently, microwave on HIGH power (100%) until chocolate melts. Pour chocolate over peanut butter mixture; swirl chocolate with a small spatula or knife. Chill until candy hardens. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
