    List of Ingredients




    1 C. Butter -- No Substitutes
    1/4 C Sugar
    2 Tsp Vanilla
    1 3/4 C Pecans Halves -- may Add 1/4 More, Broken
    2 C Flour
    3/4 Tsp Salt

    Recipe



    Mix in order given. Form dough into small round balls and bake for 30 minutes at 275 degrees F.; then increase to 325 degrees F. and bake 10 minutes longer.

    Lift the balls from the baking sheet and roll in confectioners' sugar until heavily coated.
