    Easy to double if you want to make a larger casserole.

    List of Ingredients




    1 box frozen aparagus pieces, cooked & drained well
    2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
    1 can cream of chicken & mushroom soup, undiluted
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 TBS poppyseeds
    1 tube Ritz or other butter crackers, crushed
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted

    Recipe



    Mix first 5 ingredients & spread evenly in greased casserole. Top with the cracker crumbs, then drizzle on the butter.

    Bake at 350 until it begins to bubble.
