1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (4oz.) can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
1 small jar chopped pimientos, drained
1/2 Cup frozen peas, thawed
2 stalks celery, chopped
3/4 Cup raw rice
1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Cup water

In a large skillet, brown ground beef then drain. Add onion, celery and mushrooms. Saute for 3-5 minutes. Off heat, add all other ingredients, combining thoroughly.
Spray a 2½ - 3 qt. baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour beef mixture into baking dish.
Bake at 350F for 45 - 60 minutes or until rice is tender.
