Bratwurst Noodle Casserole

2 lb. bulk bratwurst
1 medium onion, diced
12 oz. thin noodles, boiled and drained
1 lb. sauerkraut, drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 C. grated cheddar cheese
1 C. breadcrumbsRecipe
Brown bratwurst in skillet until fully cooked, but still juicy. Add onion and saute. In a bowl mix bratwurst, onion, noodles, sauerkraut and soup. Place into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan or 2 qt. casserole dish. Top with cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
