2 cups chopped, cooked ham
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 cup cooked rice
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
salt and pepper to 2 cups chopped, cooked ham

Recipe
Combine all ingredients except croutons. Place in ovenproof casserole dish. Spread bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 325.
