Cabbage/Beef Casserole

2 tbsp. butter
1 medium chopped onion
1 pound ground beef
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 medium cabbage
1½ cups sour cream
2 cups grated American cheese
1/4+ cups white wine
1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Recipe
Brown onions in butter and add ground beef and seasonings and brown. Drain grease. Cut cabbage in 1 inch squares add to beef mixture. Cook for about 30 minutes on med-low until the cabbage has cooked down. Add cheese, cream, and wine. Place in a 1½ quart casserole (spray with cooking spray) Sprinkle bread crumbs on top & bake at 375° for about 30 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
