1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2inch strips
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cn cream chicken soup
1 1/2teas. cajun seasoning
1 1/2c bisquick
1 C milk
2 eggs
Recipe
Heat oven to 375.
Heat chicken in skillet over medium heat for 2 mins. Stir in bell pepper and onion, cook 4 mins. until vegetables are slightly crisp.
Spoon into ungreased baking dish, 13x9x2inches. Stir in tomatoes, soup and seasoning. Stir remaining ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Pour over chicken mixture.
