    4 1/2 c. sliced carrots (1 /12 lbs.)
    1/2 c. mayo or salad dressing
    2 T. ch. onion (I use more)
    2 T. prepared horseradish
    1/4 t. salt
    Dash pepper
    1/4 c. crushed saltine crackers (7)
    2 t. butter or margarine, melted

    Recipe



    In sauce pan cook carrots, covered, in boiling salted water 10 min. or until tender. Drain.

    Place in 1 qt. casserole. Combine mayo, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper. Spoon over carrots.

    Mix crumbs and butter - sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered in 350* oven 30 min or until hot.

    4-6 servings.
